[-] IT IS NOT BUSINESS AS USUAL - Heidi Gemeling/FL (2 replies)

This last week has been trying. Much of our workforce is now for the first time ever, working remotely from home. Many are used to working with someone, in a department or the next cubicle over. Some of us have been working remotely for years. But it's going to be the new normal, I'm afraid for some time to come. Not everyone adjusts well. It's important that we be patient with one another and realize that the way we communicate with each other should be just as effectively and professionally as we would if we were seeing them every morning in the break room while pouring our coffee. The pressure is on and we need to gently nudge it along. To make matters worse, interest rates have dropped and many will be refinancing to pull funds out of their property to stabilize their income and debt. We're going to be busy. One loan closer just told me they were just swamped before the virus hit here. (I know, because locally for the last week I ran all over the county closing. and not just for them) Now, they have 3,000 more loans on the low end, on top of that. Patience and communication is the key and there is no set working inside the box. We have to adjust as well.
