[-] A VIRUS CAUSING INCREASED TURN TIMES - F P/VA (8 replies)

I think it's about time the title industry realizes that turn times have been increased, whether they want them to or not.  We are going through a pandemic, government offices are reopening on a limited basis, access to buildings require pre-screening and most record rooms that I know of are letting us know up front "There will be delays in everything related to property records and civil records".   There is no way around it.  So please, stop calling me, stop emailing several times a day about how I missed your turn time.  You're not in charge anymore.  Welcome to the new world, where a virus is running our lives, and it tells us when we can leave our house or enter another building.  We are all stressed, and we are all doing the best that we can.  We want to provide you with the most accurate and timely service that we can, which for the foreseeable future is unfortunately going to be longer turn times.  Given the circumstances, I would hope everyone would understand that.  Some rules just have to be bent.  Temporarily.
