Explain how that works. Eventually AI is going to take over most research professions anyway, I think the title search industry has another 3-4 years. We've been in business since 1999 and have seen the heyday, the crash, the foreclosure boom and the refi boom part 2....AI is going to eliminate title searching once online records are going back 30-40 years; which most are already.
