In response to a large bulk drop we've received, we are looking for independent contractors/abstractors that complete searches physically in Nebraska & carry at least $250K in E&O. These are non-insured searches (they won’t result in a title insurance policy). We are looking in all counties but have a particular need in Dawson & Otoe counties.
