Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review and analyze property titles, deeds, and related documentation.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies, liens, or legal issues.

• Provide clear and detailed reports on findings.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of property titles, legal descriptions, and encumbrances.
