Sorry you broke your wrist. We ask for run sheets when there's a problem. For example, if the client comes back and states that the ground searcher missed something, we want to see if it was missed, or if the county didn't have it indexed properly. Over the last couple months, our abstractors have stated that when they checked, the document was not there, the clerk must have fixed an indexing error, etc. There's no way to prove that with the orig run sheets to see what was there and how the search was done.
