i'm sorry but is this new to you--i work out of westchester county ny and have been paying sales tax every quarter for several years now---the state actually kicks back a few bucks for collecting tax $---the rate of tax is set for the location of the clients office as if nyc or any other county---maybe i am misunderstanding your post but its been years since this started---
