11/19 - 2:22pm - Us - "Already told you it's done been done, playa. Pay me." (Paraphrasing, slightly)
11/20 - 9:41am - Them - "Please confirm you have retrieved the deed from 01/01/1963 Warranty Deed, so the client approves and we can pay you also get this order completed."
11/20 - 1:16pm - Us - "What part of it's done been done don't you understand?" (Again, paraphrasing)
