This is the email I sent to Titlesearch USA.  I know it won't do any good because obviously they don't care about us, but this was my little opportunity to vent on one of those companies, because we all know that this is not the only company that follows these business practices.....happy reading....I hope it makes you smile.

            Thank you for your recent inquiry about our company’s services in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Michigan and Ohio, regrettably, I am declining to submit my company information and pricelist to your organization.  My reason is the vast amount of negative statements on www.sourceoftitle.com about non-payment for services, as well as, direct face-to-face conferences with abstractors that have been seeking payment for services that they have already provided to your company long ago.  I cannot in good faith believe that you will pay for the services that you request from my company based upon your history.  Again, thank you for your inquiry but Grand Info, LLC will never do business with an organization with such large amounts of my peers showing such disgust.  I hope you will clean up your accounting and business practices.
