I can't get national companies to pay more than $50 plus copies for current owners, I even have one that won't go over $40 plus copies. I always charge extra for copies. The attorneys and title companies I do work for pay me $65 to $75 for current owners plus $25 to record.

$125 would leave me starving. It's unrealistic now that everyone thinks that they know what they are doing and decided to become an abstractor. Their bubble will burst too.
