I'm sure we all deal with this but it seems to be a growing problem, I am curious how others deal with this problem.
As lenders now send emails with all parties CC we are quickly loosing control of the scheduling process. Lenders sending out to EVERYONE CTC we can close as early as tomorrow without consulting title. Realtors contact buyers and sellers for a tomorrow closing, when in fact the first contact with title has not been made. NO balanced CD no loan docs no wire confirmation. When we are finally in the loop, we are the bad guys by backing up the closing 24-48 hours. I would love to know how others are dealing with this or are we in the title industry just destine to be the bad guys.
