hi. i'm surprised that $25 is all you are charging. here in maine i'm guessing the average for a current owner is around $50. i charge $40 to $50, plus copies. and have no problem with that amount. keeping in mind, this is a very rural county, with a 60 mile round trip to registry. and there are only 2 abstractors here, myself included. $25 seems not near enough. but maybe searches are more time consuming here?
